Let me use this opportunity to appreciate Senator Kalu’s personal interest in Uturu which has birthed a lot of developmental projects and has led to the revitalization of key infrastructure, including the first asphalted road in Uturu by any Senator in his first term in office as a Senator from 2019 to 2023 and the attraction and inputing into the 2025 budget, a crucial road that had been abandoned for years and it took the pragmatism and love for Uturu by Senator Kalu to come to our rescue, this road when delivered will benefit the people of Uturu and the surrounding communities.
