PROF. IKONNE’S ICT JOB OFFER THE MARK OF A TRUE AND COMPASSIONATE LEADER

With the world now going fully digital, the announcement of an IT job offer by the Uche Ndi Abia Campaign Organization is a move that should receive commendation from every well-meaning Abian.

I took my time to go through the contents of the job package which includes ICT training by a reputable telecommunications company and a good pay package, though I am not a member of his party, through this act, I was moved to understand that Prof. Uche Ikonne is the leader Abians truly need at this time.

The growing demand from businesses and governments the world over seeking digital transformation and the need for cyber security experts as we become increasingly reliant on technology and data sharing.

The IT skills shortage is typically in mid-level and higher positions rather than at the graduate stage, but to plug the gap we need more people entering the profession and getting trained up and that’s the opportunity Prof. Ikonne is offering Abians even as a candidate talk more when he becomes the governor.

I applied through the official online portal to ascertain the truthfulness of the claims that applicants are asked to pay 5 to 10k for job processing, I also encouraged some people with basic knowledge in IT but we were never asked to pay any money or consult with anybody to get employed so if not for mischievousness and bitter politics where then did all those who are peddling such falsehood get their information from and I challenge them to either make public the account details where they claim applicants are being asked to deposit such money or forever bow their heads in shame.

I want those who for the sake of bitter politics are discouraging Abians from taking advantage of this rare and sincere lifetime opportunity to henceforth desist from such evil against humanity as natural justice will always pay them back in their own coins over their wickedness.

Going by Prof. Ikonne’s profile, in all the institutions he has managed he is known for opening employment opportunities for people and he also encourages and prepares people for greater future opportunities.

Prof. Ikonne should be encouraged and supported for being magnanimous enough to give people employment opportunities and I encourage other politicians to move away from propaganda and peddling of falsehood against him but rather emulate this wonderful gesture by giving Abians opportunity to earn a decent living.
