The 2025 Iwa Ji Ohuhu Festival is set to attract top dignitaries as the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, will on Thursday, September 4th, join a host of eminent Nigerians at Afugiri Primary School field, Umuahia North LGA.
In a statement the Chairman of Ohuhu Council of Traditional Rulers, the festival will feature prominent sons and friends of Ohuhu, including American-based businessman and entrepreneur, Chief Dickson Nzenwa (Aku Bara Oha Ibeku), U.S.-based soldier and entrepreneur Chief Engr. Mayor Stan Onyeka, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe (Don Lulu), Chief Moritz Abazie, Mrs. Agbonma Ukaobasi, Barr. Sam Hart, and Dr. Uche Ogbuokiri, among others.
The event which is themed “Harvest Of Gratitude, Culture and Strength of Unity” promises to be a colorful celebration of Ohuhu culture,music, food, unity, and tradition.
