In a tweet from the President’s verified tweeter handle, President Muhammadu Buhari welcomed the news that a Coronavirus vaccine has recorded 90% effectiveness in clinical trials and described it as a major milestone towards finding a lasting solution to the pandemic.

He pleaded that the world must make great effort to facilitate equitable access and distribution of these vaccines, to protect people in ALL countries.
