The Chief of Staff to the Governor, Associate Professor A.C.B Agbazuere has been honored with the MOST OUTSTANDING INTEGRITY CHIEF OF STAFF OF THE YEAR AWARD BY THE Nigerian Association of Christian Journalist (NACJ)
Speaking shortly after the award presentation at the 8th annual integrity award night and lecture organized by NACJ at Sheraton hotels Abuja, the NACJ Secretary General, Mr Charles Tola Okhai disclosed that the nomination of Associate Professor A.C.B Agbazuere for the award is predicated on his impressive track record of selflessness, transparency, honesty, accountability and high sense of integrity since he assumed office as the Chief of Staff to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.
Mr Okhai further pointed out that the award is bestowed on eminent Nigerians who have distinguished themselves as men of integrity in their capacities as leaders adding that they are nationally motivated and committed to contributing their quota as a group to the developmental progress of the nation.
Responding, the MOST OUTSTANDING INTEGRITY CHIEF OF STAFF OF THE YEAR awardee and Chief of Staff to the Governor, Associate Professor A.C.B Agbazuere stressed the need for public and private office holders across the nation to have integrity as their watch word if they want succeed, appreciated the NACJ for organizing the event as well as finding him worthy of the honor.
Also speaking, the member representing Isialangwa North State Constituency, Chief Ginger Onwusibe who was also honored with the INTEGRITY LAWMAKER OF THE YEAR award reassured his constituents of quality representation as well as to continue delivering more dividends of democracy to them, pointing out that the award will spur him to do more.
The member representing Isialangwa North/South federal Constituency, Chief Darlington Nwokocha, Abia born Philanthropist, Mr Ncheta Omerekpe among other notable personalities were present during the event.
