The temporary suspension of the APC congresses in Abia State on February 18 was not a setback, but a clear indication of growth and internal restructuring.

Today, the renewed influence, rising popularity, and expanding public acceptance of the APC in Abia are products of the honest commitment, strategic foresight, tireless hard work, and deliberate investments of Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu whose leadership has injected fresh energy and direction into the party.
For the first time in its history in Abia State, the APC is cultivating a genuine winning mentality, one rooted in unity, discipline, inclusiveness, and purposeful engagement.

Let it be clearly stated, the APC in Abia is poised to rewrite its political narrative. From past poor performances of less than 5% in every election since 2015, the party is now self positioned to secure overwhelming victories and deliver Abia to the center with an unprecedented margin of over 70%
With a growing membership record of less than 2000 members in 2023 to over 145,000 membership strength and still growing, take this to the bank, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu will lead a United, stronger and bigger Abia APC to victory at all levels in 2027.

We appreciate all our leaders and stakeholders who made sacrifices and concessions to ensure a united and peaceful Abia APC. We also commend Mr. President and the National Working Committee for their special interest and fatherly role in restoring peace within the party.
To the naysayers and those who worked remotely to ensure that the party remained in crisis, I say this clearly: sorry for your disappointment, the APC in Abia is now more united than ever and will not only deliver Mr President, we are poised to take over the Government House in Umuahia come may 29th 2027.
